A week passed, eight men from Tajikistan with potential ties to ISIS out of Central Asia were arrested

over the weekend.

This is seven days passed.

In New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles, at least some of them are believed, according to the

FBI, to have crossed into the United States via the southern border. That is

one report several days passed and then we have this from Russia in these last hours.

Russian security forces kill hostage takers at detention center.

Two guards who had been taken captive were unharmed in the raid to free them.

It goes on to say that the men who are now dead, the hostage takers,

were associated with ISIS.

I mentioned one more detail. The shooters in Moscow in the springtime, late winter, early spring, causing hundreds of deaths were identified as Tajik's,

also as recruited by ISIS.

These are three ISIS instance,

two of them in Russia, one of them in the United States,

and then there's Tajikistan.

Bill, we have another dot that we can't connect.

The shootings in Russia where anti-terror is as vigilant as it is in the United States and in Europe.

What about Tajikistan, Bill?

Is that a recruiting zone for ISIS, not al-Qaeda?

Has it changed over these last years since the U.S. left the region?
