A strong phone to E is Taiwan's sort of a Tomahawk class Land Attack Cruise Missile.

So far it can be launched from land platforms.

There's no indication yet that Taiwan is putting them on naval platforms.

Although this is definitely an option, it's technologically conceivable that Taiwan could put

this perhaps on their future submarines that they're going to start launching later this year,

early next year. But the strong phone to E has been monitored to some degree in the Taiwan
