knowledge of where this will go because ultimately decisions are made in

Beijing and that is a famously non-transparent place for decision-making.

But we can at least assume that they are going to make every effort to try to shape the

If they have a large number of international delegations that will be going to the

inauguration which probably makes it less likely that some kind of dramatic physical

activity against Taiwan will be undertaken.
