And coach, I got to ask a question,

you know, if our elected officials could engineer a turnaround as big as you did in one year,

we would be a lot better off as a country. How did you take a team that was, quite frankly,

not even SEC level at a pitching perspective? They were the worst pitching staff in the

conference, and you turned them into one the worst pitching staff in the conference,

and you turned them into one of the better ones in the span of 12 months. What goes into a turnaround

like that? I just went to work every day. I've got experience doing it to some degree. Just with

my tenures at other places have been a little bit shorter and had to work in a hurry and I've had some success in year one.

You know, I felt like the, you know, the bones and the guts of the talent was there.

So just about going to work and instilling confidence, challenging guys, coaching them hard, establishing a standard, holding them to the standard,

being here early, being here late.

It's just, you know, it's just about work.

You know, that's really what it was about for me.
