For those of us who are alive today, this is an unprecedented situation. I don't think anyone living has been through something like this.

This is touching all aspects of life. This is of course bringing on huge concern about physical health for us and for all of our loved ones and anyone in the world.

We're worried about the future. I know many of you are worried about finances and jobs as things continue to sort of expand and as we get

ready for a kind of longer and longer pandemic.

All of us are dealing with social isolation.

And there's the cancellation of really important events.

Graduations, weddings, that's just a gut punch, right, to work so hard to graduate college or to plan your wedding

and then all of a sudden to have to think about it not happening.

These are really, really hard times. It's completely and absolutely rational to be worried.

Now during these times it often makes us feel better to have someone to blame for

while we're feeling bad.

I mean, when you are feeling bad, when you are hurt,

you want to know who is the source of that hurt

and that suffering.
