Summary

CELEBRATING SVU'S 21 SEASON! In honor of SVU's TV milestone, we look back at the episode that started it all. Veteran cop Elliot Stabler and his rookie partner Olivia Benson, along with a squad room of crazy characters, investigate the murder of a cabbie who got his junk cut off.
