| 1:15.1 | sustainable fish farm on paper. I still have that paperwork somewhere here where |
| 1:20.5 | because it didn't make sense to me back back then in 1981 I was on the Arizona |
| 1:27.9 | Aquaculture Association board we had an Arizona Aquaculture Association back then and so one of the things that we did is we visited fish farms around the state and one of the fish farms that I we visited was in Helabend, a desert area, and they were raising Tilopia there, and they were raising and harvesting the Tilopia in a sustainable way back then, but then what they did is they harvested the fish. |
| 1:58.0 | They cut the meat out, which by the way in fish is about 30% meat and about 70% everything else. |
