Iban Gwydetti from XO investment, a Noyshattle-based company offering wealth management and investment advisory services,

and Guido Boliger, Chief Investment Officer of Astaire Investment Managers,

discussing the current situation of pension funds in terms of sustainable investing,

and they will give some advice to them on how to get started with impact investing.

And the topic I'd like to go through with you today is about a sustainable strategy for

suspension funds.

Maybe as an introduction, I will let you introduce yourselves what you precisely doing at IXO investment, what is XO investments, and also about your personal backgrounds and experience.

Yeah, thank you Guido for inviting me. It's always a pleasure. I think we have interesting discussion when we meet, so I'm glad to share with other people our discussion and what we go through.

So my name is Ivan Guidotti. I am an advisor at X investment, so I advise a pension pine,

mainly institutional investor. At X investment, we have two business. One is the one of advisory, investment advisory mainly institutional investor. AtiX investment, we have two business.

One is the one of advisory, investment advisory for institutional investor.

The other one is Walsh Management.

I'm way less involved in the Walsh Management business.

I'm really focused on the advisory one.

I joined XO a few years ago. I'm while before that I did a PhD and even before that I started in 2008 in the alternative industry with hedge fund, so timing was not the best one, but I didn't pick it.

I mean when I finished my studies, I jumped in there.

It was really interesting.
