And this started out with her own passion for clothing and especially for vintage.

And so in 2002 she and her boyfriend, who became her husband, decided to start a company.

This company has devoted community of customers all around the world,

and Susan told me that today she's going to focus on three things.

First is finding the emotional core of your work as an entrepreneur. Second is embracing an experience and the rookie mindset when starting your company.
