Well, do all those meetings that you're doing

actually need to be conducted via video?

Because there are a lot of people,

and this is true for extroverts too.

The video component of Zoom adds a whole other layer

of exhaustion for lots of reasons that we could talk about.

And is it really necessary?

A lot of people, let's take this,

are like praise be if I could just turn off the video.

That's true.

Praise be exactly, yeah.

There's so many things wrong with video conferencing,

but I think the biggest really is the way in which you can't make...

You have this choice between, you know,

staring into the camera in order to make it seem

as if you're having eye contact with a person

versus are you actually having eye contact

with a person who you're looking at.

I think that that's especially an especially exhausting dilemma

for introverts because if you're somebody who is not always so comfortable

with every social interaction,
