What's up everybody? Scott here with another week of survivor. Mania joined as always by Lindsey to break down episode five of Survivor season 44. Lindsay, how you doing?

So happy to have you home.

Sorry we are getting this up late, but flew out to LA first thing Thursday so we didn't really have time to record it. But I feel like the survivor gods did a little favor because if you're going to have a week where you don't get the podcast up till Monday, I feel like a non tribal week is probably the way to go.

So yeah, I agree with you. So I said just got you know, I don't want to wait till Monday to do it. You're going to be so tired after your your flight. I know my husband very well. He goes, now I'll be fine. It's a red I am going to sleep the whole way. Of course, he's in the cab. I got a text. I'm just going to take a quick nap and then we can record and I said, no, no, no, no, no. You said you'd be ready to go and I'm going to hold you to it. I knew you were going to be tired.

Well, sorry, should we start should we start or what?

I'm just kidding. Yeah, no, I'm that tired, you know what I mean? Like I you know, I wanted to do like a little napsky and then record, but when you said, hey, we should get it up as soon as possible. It was happy to oblige. So my husband did a party for a challenge, Mania on Thursday night and then a whole weekend of wrestling events with no challenge, Mania.

After Thursday and he is here now home on Monday and ladies and gentlemen, you'd think I'd be the tired one.

Well, she's she's magnificent folks. She's better than me in every every single way. It wasn't yet another episode where a man is not voted out.

Yeah, I it's interesting because I think is the stat that there's because we are getting emerged next week. Single man voted out the season. Right. So the status is I guess the first season where emerge ish thing has been reached without.

Yeah, yeah, I had Matthew in my in our in our annual draft that we do. And it's I feel for every time someone has someone in a draft. I mean, I feel for the player, obviously their lifelong dream is shattered.

And you know, to usually to know fall to their own when they're met in fact this we can talk about it a little bit of a fall of his own, but or a lot of a fall of his own.

But I still I feel awful for him, but I also feel like it's not fair for the people that have them on the fantasy draft because you know, there's nothing you really could have done to has nothing to do with him as a player or him as like his personality or you know what he brings to the table.

That he well, Matthews maybe a little bit different case, but usually when someone's met a back, you know, it's not like you picked the wrong person in your draft. They just bad luck.

They, you know, have a have a medical emergency have to go home.

Yeah, this maybe maybe I should have planned that Matthew might have climbed a giant rock and fallen off of it based on his personality. There is a little bit of fault of mine.

This is the second medical evacuation for the season ironically, not ironically, but should be noted both, both dudes.

So although we have not had a man voted out of survivor, we have had men let there what was the the first guy he was kind of like it's over zealous and dove down and kind of hit his head.

Matthew the adventure that he is goes and climbs a really dangerous wet rock falls on his shoulder. So hey, I feel like you guys just the ladies wait long enough.

The guys are just going to like, you know, eliminate themselves. So that might be the strategy here.

Sorry, I was recycling our Easter egg is from the Easter egg hunt yesterday. I was giving them to somebody to reuse for their Easter egg hunt.

So to get back into it last week's episode, which just feel like a you know a distant memory at this point, but normally sometimes if you, you know, spend a few days before recording you get the benefit of kind of hearing the fall out and a little bit of maybe the explanation for some gay moves and things like that.

But, you know, I mean, great that I was fairly busy this weekend in Los Angeles. So you tell me if I'm wrong, but I also from a distance feel like I just didn't hear much and I know a lot of that was because.
