doing. You know, in addition to talking about her wonderful brand, she's belted, but

I wanted to bring this to you guys because it's going to be a really great conversation and I can't

wait to dive in. So without further ado, I want to introduce you guys to Lauren Pello Becott,

who is the founder of Pure Glow. Welcome to show Lauren. I'm so excited to host you.

Thank you, Dr. Ecta. Thank you so much for having me. I'm so happy to be on the show. Obviously,

a fan of you and the podcast and really just your whole ethos and helping, you know,

sort of brings science to the forefront of skincare and in our industry.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I truly appreciate that and, you know, I'm a fan of you

and what you're doing. I mean, you're really changing the game here, you know, with Pure Glow,

and I love what you're doing. And I can't wait to dive into the actual brand, Lauren, but I want to

learn all about you and your career because you've had such a phenomenal background coming into

this. And I want to learn where everything began and if you could walk us down memory lane,

you know, with your career, your journey and what led to the development of Pure Glow.

Absolutely. So my background is in finance. I really, you know, have a strong interest in sort

of, you know, financial literacy and, you know, and really sort of understanding, you know,

different wealth management strategies. But after a few years, I really, you know, thought more

about it and I've always wanted to work for myself. So, you know, a few years into my professional

career post college, I decided that, you know, it might be time to take a leap. There were certain

things happening in the industry that I was in that really kind of pushed me to say, you know,

this is a good time to begin to go out on your own. So initially, I was making, I was making plans
