North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and South Korean President Moon J. Inn, agreeing to finally

end a seven-decade war and pursue the complete denuclearization

of the Korean Peninsula.

Peter Pei, Seoul Bureau Chief joins us now from Seoul on the story with the North and the south. Peter talks me about the significance of the day's

events so far. Well, historically very significant. This is the first time that a North

current leader stepped over to the south. A lot of very visually

entertaining political backdrop they hugged and they met they had they're actually having dinner right now.

I mean extraordinary visions of, you know,

basically almost like there was no hostilities or going on here.

However, the statement said or the any kind of agreement that they reached

say was really more saying that they were aiming to.
