important this week finally finally because it's been years we've been trying to get important Second Amendment cases

before the United States Supreme Court, and they've been rejected for one reason or another.

Oftentimes we don't really know why.

But this week, we had the oral arguments for the New York State Rifle and

Pistol Association case challenging the licensing scheme that New York has or carry permits.

Basically a way that works is you apply for a permit and you get denied, period. That's it
