1:03.7	assaults at TSA locations in airports around the country, all because Donald Trump, on election
1:10.8	day and on inauguration day,
1:12.8	made good on his threat to attack transgender people because he found them to be corrupt and corrosive
1:19.2	to exist in society. And rather than side with the underprivileged, and rather than side with the
1:25.1	most fragile, the United States Supreme Court decided instead
1:28.6	to let Donald Trump have his foreign affairs power to make sure that people only had listed on their
1:34.9	passports their gender assigned at birth by some doctor, not how they actually self-identified.
1:43.5	And Katanji Brown Jackson, as she has done time and time again, over a dozen times since this
1:49.8	administration started, she has issued a scathing dissent that speaks not only to history,
1:55.2	but to morality, to ethics, to reminding the court that they forgot their assignment and that they are supposed to not be doing back of the envelope analysis,
2:05.6	picking winners or losers on incomplete records, but they're to side with people who have real irreparable harm like the transgender community.
