wanted to get cases to the Supreme Court and we've been getting some cases to

the Supreme Court and occasionally we get disappointed in what happens.

And they turned down a case.

You go, wow, what was that?

Well, we just had that happen.

And one of the things I've learned in following this over many, many years is there is often

nuanced to this that is missed by many people. There often is the requirement

for us to have patience because it takes a while to get these things through and to get them to where

we want them to go. I am not very nuanced and I am not very patient and that's why I depend upon people who do this all the time

who are really good at it to explain it.
