In a rare display of unanimity, ALL 9 Supreme Court Justices told the Trump administration that it MUST provide due process - notice and opportunity to be heard - to every single person it seeks to deport.

As Justice Sotomayor said in her dissenting opinion: "To the extent, the Government (the Trump administration) removes (deports) even one individual without affording him notice and a meaningful opportunity to file and pursue habeas relief, it does so in direct contravention of an edict by the United States Supreme Court."

1:30.2	ruling that was just handed down in the Venezuelan immigrant case. So what I'm going to try to do
1:37.8	today is just kind of boil it down to its essence. And I apologize in advance. This will not be a comprehensive review of this new
1:47.4	Supreme Court opinion, but I'm going to try to hit just some of the main takeaways. And let me front
1:53.9	three of the main takeaways as I see them. First of all, all nine Supreme Court justices said, no, they are entitled to their due process rights of notice and opportunity to be heard.
2:11.2	That was a strong rebuke, unanimous rebuke by all nine Supreme Court justices.

2:24.2	The five justice majority that basically overruled the lower court's temporary restraining order,
