1970s variety show where we just have like hey look here's this guest and then here's this

guest and then and we're done and we wrap it all up with a bow and then we're done and that's

it and I didn't suspect, although I should have,

that you and Rod and I would talk for like an hour

about the original series.

Oh, had we only talked for an hour?

We could have gone for hours and hours more I think. I think this is an

ongoing conversation. We'll probably still be having this conversation in Vegas later

this year. Well I don't think we'll be having, I mean, here's the thing.

Mission Log is an ongoing conversation about Star Trek.

So I mean, to think that especially, you know, when you get on with the guy who put the show together and

you know, the son of the guy who put the show together and you know the son of the guy who you know put

Star Trek together.

Right. Yeah really it's like 15 minutes.

It's kind of like Disney. It's like Disneyland. it will never be finished it just keeps getting

added to and changed and built and yeah so how did we solve this problem can I don't think we did well well here's what we're doing here's what we're doing so so we let our audience in on what's happening we're releasing this interview with Rod on its own.
