You know, I've been, you know, stuck in the house like everybody else for the past year and a half and don't know about y'all.

But I got real into true crime, like many other Americans out there.

So today I invited someone who is not only an actor, a comedian, but she is also a true crime

aficionado. Please welcome from Superstore, Lauren Ash.

Thank you so much for having me. By the way, I just heard that you are Canadian.

Yeah.

And you stuck here during the quarantine, during the pandemic.

I did, yes.

I know.

I had a few times where I was like, should I just go home?

Should I just put my hat on and just back out the door, maybe? I would have gotten the

first flight out of this meth lab of a country. I literally was like, I know Canada is looking

at us. Like, we're the meth apartment, like under them in the middle of Hollywood.

How did you not go home?

You know, again, I just decided to hunker down.

I was like, if things really got extreme, extreme, I was, I was ready.

I had a go bag.

A go bag packed.

But I was like, I think we should just wait it out. And unfortunately, Canada's had a real

tough go on the back end of the pandemic. So they're kind of still in the thick of it up there now.

Which is weird because normally y'all have it all together.
