Hello friends and welcome to another episode of Stand Up, dropping them every day because

I just feel like I should.

This one after talking to Michael Cohen on a Sunday morning, I thought was super relevant

because he weighed in on some of the most recent controversies that you're hearing and

reading about in the news from Russell Brand, Lauren Bober, to impeachment, to Attorney

General Ken Paxton, being acquitted down in Texas to even a little bit of sports football

talk that I was actually legitimately into at the end of our conversation.

Michael is one of my favorite thinkers and writers.

I definitely do not agree with him all of the time, which is why I like to have him here

on the show.

I know some of you certainly don't like some of this take, but he was hard to argue with

today because he also weighed in on the controversial issue of NBC hosting for the first episode

of Meet the Press with Carson Welker hosting former disgrace president Donald Trump.

What do you think of that?

You might think differently.

After you hear Michael's arguments, but you might agree with Wajjad Ali, who said in

several tweets, Meet the Press, I really hope for the best, but it serves as proof the

most corporate media isn't built for this fight against fascism.

Not made for this moment, and they just don't have the skill set to take on right wing

authoritarianism and lies.

They haven't learned a thing.
