| 0:46.0 | Vitamin D deficiency. So let's talk about how to thread that needle. It is true |
| 0:52.4 | that sunscreen does inhibit the skin's ability to convert |
| 0:55.4 | UV rays into vitamin D in the skin. However, it also blocks those same UV |
| 1:01.5 | rays from damaging the collagen in our skin, which leads to |
