start to see the flooding winding down as we had through the overnight hours, but we do have more rain on the way. Meanwhile, on the East Coast, the

tropics are alive. We've got tropical storm Chantal that has made landfall now moving inland

into Charleston, South Carolina is where it made landfall there. And you can see this is a pretty

loft-sided storm, so a lot of the heavier rain bands are situated to the right,
