I want to talk about how to pray without condemnation.

Our Lord is more than able to take care of our past.

He pardons instantly and forgives completely.

His blood makes us worthy.

All we are, all we have is by the forgiving love of God.

Romans 8, verses 1 and 2 says this. So now there's no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving spirit has freed you from

the power of sin that leads to death. I've mentioned

plenty of times on this show that for over a decade, I worked in the fitness industry, and it was a

real gift to me because it kept the fight in me as I was also fighting and battling Lyme disease.

But I taught many aerobic classes. I managed a couple different fitness departments. I was an

instructor trainer where I helped instructors get ready for their certification, and I really loved departments. I was an instructor trainer where I helped

instructors get ready for their certification. And I really loved it. It was good for me in that season

of my life. And then I got into full-time ministry. And a number of years ago, I was speaking at an

event, and one of my instructors who worked for me showed up at the event. And I was so surprised to see her there because

I didn't know her to be a woman of faith. And I loved her. I always just loved her so much,

but it made me especially happy to see her at this event. So we connected and in between sessions,

we found a place to sit and we just caught up and it was so fun to hear about her own faith journey.

Well, she suddenly got kind of serious and she leaned in and said, Susie, do you remember when I was going through that divorce?
