It's a position on the offensive line where I truly don't think most casual fans have an understanding of what in the heck's going on most of the time and that's kind of how I approach this thing and Clanton is this is a really good exercise I think if you're a high school football coach

a middle school football coach you can learn a lot from this interview as

far as strength and conditioning nutrition all that stuff goes.
