Good day from beautiful South Hampton, Ontario on the east shore of Lake Huron, about a three hour drive from

Toronto four hours from Detroit, which I made yesterday actually hung out with felbin and his wife Ruth in Detroit, which was pretty fun

except for the

harrowing discovery that Dan doesn't like melted cheese and therefore doesn't eat normal pizza.

I thought that was you really learned way too much about people sometimes when you stay with them.

I don't know how to respond to that.

It's my brain is still processing like the ramifications of not liking melted cheese because of how many things I like that involve that.

Yeah, I certainly feel similarly about a number of things like cucumbers. I really just absolutely cannot stand,

but I think I have a better defense for that. I mean if you ask like every kid in the world like pizzas their favorite food right at

I don't think that many kids really like cucumbers.

But yeah, so we went to this awesome place, but he's pizza, which is been ranked by a number of publications is like one of the top 20 or so

pizza places in the country the inventor of the Detroit style pizza, which if you haven't had that it is probably going to be coming to an area near you as soon

it's a square pizza and they have the cheese go all the way to the edge of the pan.

So you don't really have that crust like you do on a normal pizza that doesn't have any cheese on it and really why shouldn't you?

But because of the shape of the pan this square pan enables you to do that and then the cheese gets this incredible crisp to it along the side.

The corner pieces are like the absolute best pieces. So posted a few photos on Instagram,

So we're staying with my wife's family in Southampton, Ontario or deads, Canadian and having an awesome time so far.

But also having an awesome time probably this summer is CJ McComp who agreed to a three year 100 million dollar extension with Portland that doesn't even kick in for two more seasons.

Correct and that also means that CJ's big payday kicks in the same offseason as Damien Lillard's because both of those guys had two years left now.

CJ is not getting the full designated veteran extension. He's not eligible for it and CJ is not even getting the max he could have gotten over three years per

Dan Feldman. That would have been about a hundred fourteen million dollars. So he's getting a little bit less than that.
