There are supposed to be temperatures of 115 and even 117 this weekend.

I bet many of our listeners cannot even imagine.

Although we can't really imagine temperatures below about 50 now.

No, I don't remember what that feels like.

Actually, and conveniently, the two of us are heading out of town for our book club retreat.

Yes. So thanks, husbands. High your elevation. It's a good thing. Okay, but I usually get some

summer anxiety heading into the heat. Plus, it stays hot until November yes it's once it starts you know

it's here to stay for a very long time exactly exactly but I have really been wanting to change my

outlook on summer so today I am excited we are talking about this concept of summer cozy

can you be cozy in the summer and if if so, how? Plus, what our summer survival

plans are. Okay. But first, a cocktail. We are calling this a pineapple gin and tonic.

That's what it is. I tried to think of a clever name for this, but Erica was like, well, I mean, it's just

kind of a pineapple gin and tonic.

Bursted your bubble.

And so, as you can probably tell from the name, it includes pineapple juice, gin, tonic, and a little bit of lime.

So there you go.

I think it's going to be good.
