0:10.0	Living joyfully is going to be a four week class dedicated to bringing more joy to the everyday.
0:16.4	Every Thursday in June we will come together over Zoom to think through big questions like,

0:23.2	What relationship do I want to have with joy?
0:26.0	Where am I missing opportunities to bring a joyful spirit to my daily life?
0:30.8	I ran a month-long class like this in January that focused on courage and after getting really incredible participant feedback
0:37.7	I'm thrilled to be using the same model with this new focus.
0:41.1	Each week we're going to begin with a journal prompt.
0:43.8	We'll then have a conversation,
0:45.3	focused on a different aspect of joy,
0:47.7	and then we will do a sacred reading practice
0:49.6	to see what meaning we can glean from texts about joy.
0:53.7	If you know that you want some self-reflection in your life

1:00.3	This kind of internal work is often really easier to perform in regards seriously when it's undertaken with a like-minded community
