Guys, it's been a little bit since we've been on.

I've been sick, Vaughn's been sick, Vaughn's got a new baby coming, just got a lot of

shit going on on our end, I apologize for the delays.

But we're back.

You asked me before, I told Vaughn right before this, I'm getting a little bit tired of

talking to people and you're even following me lately, I've been less active on social

media, especially Snapchat and Instagram and basically nonexistent on Periscope and a

lot of people have been asking me why that is.

I'm just gonna be real, man.

I just feel like that if you need to be motivated on a daily basis, you don't have what a fucking

takes anyway.

I've been questioning the reasons why I put so much effort into those types of messages

because I don't have anybody pulling me, I don't have anybody pushing me, I don't have

anybody fucking telling me to do shit.
