1:02.5	Well today on the podcast we have Dr. AJ Swaboda. What a fun name to say. Now if you don't know
1:09.8	AJ I am so happy to introduce you to him. AJ's written over 10 books. He let a church in the
1:15.0	Portland area for over 10 years and he currently has a wonderful podcast out called in faith in
1:21.1	doubt with DJ Gupta. I have to be honest he is putting a lot of good out in the world and this
1:27.6	conversation that we have today is one of those good things he's putting in the world. A lot of
1:32.2	people that are highly educated I find that they might fit a certain type and my goodness he
1:37.8	broke all of my potential stereotypes of the highly educated. He's not only highly educated. He's
1:42.6	also just such a generous, warm, kind, funny human and I'm so grateful for people like him who
1:49.0	can think really deeply but also not take themselves overly seriously and that conversation
1:55.2	today comes through. We talk about Sabbath and specifically a book he wrote on Sabbath called
2:00.2	subversive subversive excuse me. I can't talk today. The subversive Sabbath and he it's a great
2:07.6	book and I am so thankful to let you know about that because that book is going to be helpful for
2:12.5	you to read it but we discussed some topics in that book today. We talk about being single and
2:17.8	celebrating Sabbath married married with kids. We talk about Sabbath sex. We talk about all the good
