We always hear about like good neighborhoods, bad neighborhoods.

Like what makes a neighborhood quote unquote a good neighborhood?

Like for people that's looking to buy a home.

I never say the school system, but like what else?

Well, I'm looking at the numbers.

So I'm a numbers person.

So if you're interested in a certain area,

I'm going to run the market stats.

I'm looking into curve Atlanta.

I'm looking at the developments that take place.

So I have like a little spreadsheet.

I start developing on zip codes and keeping up

some of the appreciation values that go up year over year.

That's the thing.

If they're going down year over year,

that's something I want to talk to you about.

So that doesn't make a great neighborhood
