As we begin today, I'm going to review a little bit about what we talked about last

week concerning the last generation.

We've been examining what the Bible says about the period just prior to the tribulation.

Last week we talked about the Old Testament's use of the term last generation in Hebrew

Lador-Aharon and how it prophetically applies to certain events we've already seen happening.

We've seen Israel as a nation, we've seen Jerusalem being explored with the idea of rebuilding the temple.

We have seen a number of miraculous events.

And in the Old Testament, we have the term latter days that apply to this generation,

the term used by Jesus, or last generation, the term used by David in Psalm 48,

Psalm 78, Psalm 102, this idea of the last generation or this generation.

Also, we looked at the term latter days.

Numbers 2414, where in Balaam's fourth oracle, he says,

Behold, I go unto my people, come therefore, and I will tell you, in fact it says, I will tell you

in detail what this people shall do to your people in the latter days. And then Balaam goes into

a prophecy. In the Old Testament, the term latter days is a term that's used many times.

We looked at all those last week and noted that the term latter days in the Old Testament

is not comparable to the term last days as used in the New Testament.
