Summary

Completing our study on God’s will, Gary takes us through the rest of the book of Ephesians. We learn that chapters 1-3 were Paul’s “college education” on who we are in Christ. In the last three chapters we are learn, based on that knowledge, how to discern God’s will and how to live.

0:17.6	We're going to look at the concluding verses of chapter 3 in Ephesians this morning.
0:22.6	Ephesians 314 through 21.
0:26.6	These verses wrap it up, but more than that, they speak in a very personal way.

0:33.6	So open your Bibles to Ephesians 314 and we'll continue.
0:39.4	To recap a little bit from last week, we talked about the mysteries.
0:45.1	And I want to repeat just a little bit to make this very, very clear.
0:49.9	Paul was a Jew, he was the Jews Jew, he was the Hebrews Hebrew of the tribe of Benjamin.
0:57.9	By the way, do you know that there is an Old Testament prophecy concerning the tribe of Benjamin?
1:04.2	Tribe of Benjamin has a prophecy, and it's a very negative prophecy.
1:08.2	The Lord prophesied that Benjamin would become a ravening wolf,
1:13.9	going into houses and looting the houses and ravening in the way a wolf does as part of a
1:21.3	pack of wolves. That's the tribe of Benjamin. But you know that Paul was a ravening wolf?
1:28.1	He fulfilled the prophecy given by Jacob to his sons.
1:32.5	He became a ravening wolf who went into homes of new Christians and broke them up,
1:36.9	tore them up, ripped them up, had the power of life and death.
1:41.2	He was the Jews Jew.
1:42.6	He was not about to see these Christian upstarts do anything.
