So I hope you guys are following through on those New Year's resolutions.

One thing that doesn't seem to change from year to year is the Dan Markell Long and Windy Road to Justice.

It's been going on for over 10 years now, and you all know that Donna Adelson's trial was

continued.

It's going to, it's set now for June 3rd, but there's been kind of a blurry of information

coming out as it pertains to Charlie Adelson, and we are going to dig into that right now with our esteemed panel, the famed Tallahassee criminal defense attorney R, the letter R-O-U-R-R-Timothy Jansen.

He is obviously a criminal defense attorney in Tallahassee and a former federal prosecutor.

Going clockwise here, we've got the professor and Marian.

No, Marianne.

Just a professor, Joe Petuto, the law professor.

She is Professor Emerita, the University of Nebraska. She has been there

since 1974 and is a legal scholar. At least I just made her one. And last but certainly not

least, Martin Radner, otherwise known as Brother Counsel, a criminal defense attorney with a very nice

sure microphone there in his quaint little office

in freezing Detroit, Michigan, right outside of Detroit.
