and different things like that. So a little backer. I've been at my company for just over four years,

but in my current position for like a year and a half, I'm in operations.

And, you know, I always look at different jobs online. And one thing I've been noticing is,

I'm either like very overqualified for certain operations roles, but then I match, you know,

like 80% of another job, but I don't have like five years experience in operations,

which seems to be like the minimum standard for every job that I'm looking at.
