Since before Love Island, I've always had a passion for women's rights and interests.

So I'm here to tell you everything you need to know when it comes to putting yourself first,

The reason I started this podcast is because since I've used my platform to speak so openly,

I've had so many of you contact me on social media and even stop me in the street asking me to do a podcast.

So now we really can get down and dirty
