No, it's always a pleasure to talk, and problem solving is what I do, so I look forward to our conversation. Well, tell me a bit about your background. You know, are you always a problem solver, you know, working different industries, and how did it lead to your current position and your authorship of the book?

Well, you know, I guess I could give you the Reader's Digest version of my background. I went to a military high school when I was in high school. I graduated. I went to Harvard.
