for many years he did CBT ERP and he still uses ERP but he found meditation particularly helpful for him to be able to detach on the

forts, bring more kindness into his awareness around his thoughts and he really explains that we talk about obviously his story

some ways of doing meditation the importance of compassion and kindness and

he really breaks down I guess the psychology and the thinking behind

meditation and much like ERP how it goes against kind of our natural instincts to react to faults and when you do something

like ERP and things like meditation it feels unnatural because you're kind of going against

that natural urge.

But we get into the kind of the psychology behind that.

I really found it interesting.

He just is a great guy gives some really good advice and if you've been thinking about
