Dave first talks about New Mexico where COVID policy dictates that businesses with four or more rapid responses of COVID-19 cases reported within a 14-day period must close for two weeks. This insane policy is only increasing panic buying, empty shelves, stockpiling and longer lines as people have fewer stores to go for grocery shopping and other essentials. While the second wave does it’s damage Lockdown 2 seems to be making things worse. Meanwhile new details of Governor Newsom’s fancy dinner at The French Laundry have emerged showing that the crowd was much bigger than he said and featured a $15k bar bill. This is yet another example of Democratic lockdown hypocrisy where the COVID rules only apply to regular people. Finally Dave gives his thoughts on the predictable Democratic party politicians and career bureaucrats that are being picked for the Joe Biden Cabinet and the Biden administration. 0:15.0	This is the Rubin Report direct message. There's a lot going on as there seems to be these
0:21.0	days before I do anything else though. I have to have a bit of a mea culpa. I have to

0:40.8	destroy me a scandal and the whole thing. So here it is. Last night at about 1015, I took
0:52.0	my dog Clyde out for a walk. I know we're not supposed to. I know we're supposed to remain
0:59.4	in our homes trapped like rats from 10pm to 5am as per the orders from Commander Newsom.
1:07.3	But Clyde was looking at me. We were sitting on the couch and Clyde was glancing at me and
1:11.9	I was watching Seinfeld. It was a soup Nazi episode actually. There's so much talk about
1:17.2	Nazis now. He's looking at me and it was just obvious that just letting him out to pee
1:23.1	wasn't enough. He really needed some exercise. He's about a year and a half and he's a boxer
1:27.6	and part pit. There's a lot of energy there. I thought I'm not going to just let him
1:31.8	in the backyard. I'm going to take him out for a walk. So at about 1015 last night, I
