“If I move into that basement I’m never coming out.”
From growing up on the “wrong side of the tracks” to producing some of the world’s biggest events (many of which you’ve probably attended) my guest this week is proof that hard work, betting on yourself, and taking risks is the recipe for success.
Bari Baumgardner got fired and that was the nudge she needed to start her own business. She started her events company from her bedroom and always knowing she was meant for more, she took the leap and moved to New York City.
That risk paid off and her business grew year after year. She quickly became known as the go-to resource for coaches, authors, speakers, course creators, and influencers to leverage the power of a live event to deliver a "purpose-driven payday.” Today she’s worked with some of the largest names in the industry including Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Russell Brunson, Jack Canfield and more.
If you’ve ever wanted to be a fly on the wall of what it takes to produce an event with over 2.8 million people online, like the recent Art of Livin’ event with Matthew McConaughey this is it!
Full of personal lessons Bari’s learned from working with some of the world’s biggest thought leaders in the personal growth space, this episode will teach you…
✅ How death and divorce impacted Bari’s drive to create a better future for herself
✅ The difference between common sense and intuition and how they intersect
✅ How to break free from your comfort zone
✅ Dealing with negativity online
✅ The Costco sales analogy and why selling should be easy (this is genius)
✅ How to find your ideal client
Bari’s story is an example that it doesn’t matter where you come from, it only matters where you want to go and how much work you’re willing to put in to get there.
