0:30.2	So I'd love for you to share your story and your journey to creating this product.
0:36.9	Sure. So essentially I have run my own businesses for about 20 years and somewhere in that journey I was really interested in starting a software company and started a few of them.
0:52.0	This is the only one that took off. and started a few of them.
0:52.5	This is the only one that took off.
0:54.1	And the genesis of this is that we just,
0:57.6	my friend and I just were trying to find problems to solve.
1:01.2	And one problem we saw from an end user point of view was getting a phone call after an appointment that we missed and asking if we wanted to reschedule and we just saw so much inefficiency in terms of it's such a hassle to us to to the customer
1:20.0	to have to reschedule an appointment and rather than just being reminded ahead of time and so much inefficiency with any sort of business with its health care or beauty or anything having to have people wait around, not have the person show up,
1:33.4	then reschedule them when the same thing might happen the next time
1:37.2	they might forget.
1:38.8	And so we really wanted to try to figure out,
1:40.4	is there a way we could solve this
1:42.1	to try to get people to show up for their
1:43.4	appointments the first time at the right place, the right time.
