There will come a moment today where sadness will visit.

Sadness about something from the past, about something from the future, the mind slides in,

and you'll want to buy in, you'll want to sink with it.

You'll want to become it again, but you will not be tricked. You will not be dragged down with that

character. That character in that moment will feel sad because of something in its storyline,

in its script, and it could not be any other way in that moment. That character is sad.

But for the first time, you will see that and you will not be sad.

You will be the love, aware of sadness, of sad script, of sad character.

You stand apart.

And yet you hold that without needing it to be different,

without needing it to change, without wanting it to change, without praying for it to change,

without chanting it away, just seeing it. And then naturally, chanting starts. That body begins to chant. It begins to chant away.

Its sadness, its bleakness, its storyline is done. It's in a new storyline that heaviness is lifting because of you, because you woke up,

that fog has lifted off of that character, because you stopped resisting, because you stopped

believing in their sadness. They don't have to be sad. They get to feel love. They get to feel joy. They get to feel light. They get to look outside and breathe and see this moment without the overlay of thought, of thinking about the past, about the problems of the present, about what could happen in the future.

Just this. And sometimes you'll even hear that character say just this. And it is like 50 pounds

has been lifted off of its shoulders. And a silence comes, a silence rushes in,

and on that silence, in that silence, blessings, graces, miracles, everything, everything,

that that character was praying for, looking for, missing, needing, it comes in on the

silence, it rushes to meet them, it rolls at their

feet because you're on the throne instead of out there, in there, in that mess, trying to

clean up that mess on the level of the mess.
