suited for one another.

You see, the deeper I get into my astrological practice the more convinced I

become that students of astrology kind of need stoicism. Now whether a sto stoic needs astrology is another matter and I'm not going to make a case for that in this show.

I'm more interested in exploring their history with one another, how stoic virtues can help us with our relationship

to our astrological practice, and what kind of mutual reception can be experienced perhaps between the two of them.

And so that's what we're going to do in this podcast.

And it is another solo one.

I had a conversation plan, but it fell through hopefully they'll be coming back to talk demonic realities and perhaps serious and plasma as well.

Just a hint.

But to kind of tune us to the topic,

let's turn to Marcus Aurelius from meditations

to get an idea of what we're going to be exploring, he says,

the first principle of practical stoicism is this. We don't react to events. We react to our judgments about them. And the

judgments are always up to us. So, like a judgment we have about a particular transit that's coming up, a

natal placement that we were born with, your perfected house this year. You're fallen Venus. Maybe... with your

fallen Venus.

Maybe you have a detrimental moon in Capricorn.

You get the idea.

We must stop ourselves well before we get into this fudstorm that is the fear and

uncertainty and doubt that might emerge as we learn more and more about

astrology because it's always on a spectrum. It always depends on the
