And we start off at the markets turning lower after Iran's retaliatory attack against Israel.

Major averages closing near the lows of the session with the SPB down over a percent.

The Dowshed more than 760 points, and the NASDAQ dropped 1.3%.

Meanwhile, oil prices surging over 7 percent, settling at their highest level since January.

Treasury yields and gold prices also higher on the day for the latest on the Middle East strikes.

report from Tel Aviv's Shiba Hospital, where a spokesperson says they are treating 15 injured
