I'm speaking with Stephen Hassan. He's the author of the new book, The Cult of Trump, a leading

cult expert explains how the president uses mind control.

Do you see signs of a cult in the other direction?

Nunez other Republicans have accused Democrats of being part of a cult.

They throw that word right back at the Democrats.

That's a great point. In fact I wrote a blog on my freedom of mind.com website

specifically yes there are left-wing cults in fact Robert Lifton the man who was was responsible for waking me up from the Moonies, was writing

about a communist China.

There are many left-wing cultic groups.

Anyone that's into black and white all or nothing good versus evil,

they have the truth and everyone else is in darkness

who's unwilling to step out of their shoes and engage

and really listen to the other side and even think from the other side and argue from that side and then look at the facts and decide for

yourself using your own internal locus of control and your own critical faculties because truth well out.

Speaking of truth, on page 52 you write,

cult leaders lie about everything from the state of the world

to the size and devotion of their following.
