Well, as the title says, I'm going to talk about the gap theory, which is also called

the ruin restoration theory, and it's the idea that Genesis 1-1 describes the original

creation of the heavens in the earth, and we believe that Lucifer, the angelic realm, had a kingdom on the earth,

that they, when he sinned, he brought sin, death, destruction. And we don't know how long ago

that was or when that started, but eventually God destroyed their earth. And Genesis 1-2,

the earth being without form and void in darkness is a description of the judgment that God put upon their earth.

And then in the six days, he actually, six literal days, he restored it.

And that was sometime several thousand years ago.

So if you were here yesterday and heard my presentation,

it was a talk on disproving evolution,

and I use the scientific method to prove that evolution

was not only wrong, but not even scientific.

And that's an important part of this talk,

because when it comes to defending what the Bible says about creation or

about end times, that theory of evolution is just a bugaboo. I mean, they use it all kind of ways

to try to defeat the Bible. And what's happened is Satan has given atheists a weapon they can use to cause people

to just ignore everything the Bible says about the future. And that weapon is called the subtle lie.

Now, you know what's happened in the Garden of Eden?

Satan twisted God's word when he was talking to Eve to make her doubt God's character,

God's, you know, love and control and everything.

But he twists God's word, and he's doing that today.

He's taking a lie, and what these atheists do is they actually start with a truth.
