I'd like to introduce you today on today's Prophecy Watchers update to a gentleman who has written a wonderful book called In The Beginnings.

And we're going to be doing some programming with him in the very near future. Right now, I just want to introduce him to you.

And his book, which I would call a scientific book because of the way it's laid out

is a book about the history of this world upon which we live

and what the Bible says about that history.

And you know there's a lot of discussion going on right now, Steve.

Discussion, some of it is highly polarized discussion about the age of the earth. And you've written

a book about that. Well, you're right that it's a science book, but it also is a book on theology

because my basic premise is that I don't believe anything God wrote, any of God's words,

truly contradict any of his works. I believe what

you really discover in science must, by necessity, always agree with what he said in his

Bible, what he says in his word. But I think the reverse is true. I don't think the Bible

can say anything that disagrees with true science.

Now not just, there's a lot of false science.

But what science truly reveals, I think the two are always going to agree.

And so that's what this book's for.

It's to make people realize that true science and true Bible are in total agreement.

Therefore, you can believe the Bible. If it's true about what it says

about our origin, you make it easier to believe that it's true about what it says about our destiny.
