Morning, everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today.

It's Thursday the 28th of January.

I'm having a lazy day today.

Nothing is going to spoil my lazy day.

I'm going to Costco.

I'm going to buy a few little bits and pieces for my gorgeous hairdresser, Kasha.

Somebody went to, I must tell you actually, it's very funny,

because I went to see Paul Cooper, as I do most days, actually, and a lady apparently

had come in, well the worst for wear, and she'd said to somebody, I can't stand that, Paul,

that Steve Allen, she said, it makes, what does she say, whatever it was, it wasn't very

complimentary, and they just basically sort of told her to go off.

You know, she was a bit sad, I think, and lonely.

And, of course, if you're lonely, you become ill.

And she was well the worst for booze.

So never too good, is it?

Never too good to kind of mix it.

But I always have a good old laugh at things like that.

Because I'm never there when it happens, it's always there for somebody else to try and sort it out. And I think in

the end, I think she went in two days running in the end, they just pushed around the shop. It was a lot

easier. You can't be doing. People like that need help. You know, if you've got a problem with drink,
