BR football and Turner sports to appear on its Champions League coverage

starting later this year.

We'll have some traditional elements in that there's still going to be a pre-game, halftime post-game content,

you know, studio, show or analysis and do other traditional things, interviewing people who are

interested in the game and

interviewing obviously some of the talent and players

president passed but I think we also want to create a lot of content around the

game that is directly targeted for social media.

And Sebastian Abbott joins me to talk about his terrific new book, The Away Game,

which chronicles the largest soccer talent search in history,

involving prospects from all over Africa and funding from the

katari government. One of my main characters is playing in sort of a playmaker

role opposite Katino and so they're sort of battling for ascendancy in the game.

And then actually when they, you know, the African kids go up 1-0.

And you know, in the second half, the Brazilian coach

throws on this skinny baby-faced striker who nobody's ever heard of

but that would change pretty quickly and it turned out to be Neymar. All that and

more coming up.
