And Levels is going to be offering you the Behind the Shield podcast audience a discount that I will

0:11.3

tell you about at the end of this introduction.

0:14.1

Now, before I even dive into what Levels does, when I had a conversation with their

0:19.8

CEO and founder, Josh Clementi, he underlined such an

0:24.0

important topic. So many of us rely on visits to our physicians to tell us how we are doing, and that is so

0:31.6

backward. I am an absolute believer in putting autonomy back into the hands of the individual so they can take care

0:39.3

of their own health. Now, what levels does is it gives us the metrics so we can see exactly how

0:45.6

everything is internally. So they help people improve their health through continuous glucose

0:51.2

monitoring, comprehensive lab tests, and metabolic coaching.

0:56.3

Now, through their three levels that they offer, they have programs that focus on weight loss,

1:01.7

heart health, and glucose stability. I've now been through this program twice, and I'll kind of

1:07.6

illustrate what it will look like. So you make an initial consultation with

1:11.8

your levels coach. You wear a continuous blood sugar monitor for one month. You'll complete a lab

1:19.5

panel and I did it through Quest Diagnostics. A clinician with levels will then analyze your results

1:26.1

and give you an action plan. That's when you can then start

1:30.1

hitting your own health goals and in real time track your own progress. And then depending on the

1:36.5

level you subscribe to, there's also a second blood work so you can now see how you're doing six

1:41.9

months later. Now by combining AI data, AI-powered insights and human coaching together,

1:50.2

80% of Levels members improve their biomarkers.

Now, as I mentioned, Levels is offering you the audience of the Behind the Shield podcast,
