Summary

Six young Stanford grads and entrepreneurs -- Steven Garrity, Clara Shih, Kimber Lockhart, Jeff Seibert, Josh Reeves, and Tristan Harris -- share their experiences starting companies and raising capital. While being in their 20s may seem to be an obstacle to outsiders, they said they "flipped" this liability into an asset -- focusing instead on their raw ability to bring innovative ideas to life. 1:06.1	Our company reimagines the way that you access information on the web. And I graduated in 2006,
1:10.2	and majored in computer science, and also did the Mayfield Fellows program here at Stanford and with Tina.
1:11.6	I'm Jeff Seibert. I was a Stanford 08 graduate in computer science, started a company called
1:18.6	Craio Solutions with Kimber and it's basically focused around helping companies innovate,
1:24.6	document collaboration, etc.
1:26.6	So I'm Kimber Lockhart.
1:28.3	I was also Stanford CS08 and also co-founded with Jeff, the company in Creos Solutions.
1:37.3	For context for our talk today, and Creos Solutions was acquired by a company Box.net back in August of 2009.
1:47.0	Hi, my name is Josh Reeves. I was Stanford 05 electrical engineering.
1:53.0	And I was also Mayfield Fellow, I think all of us carry that to her name.
1:57.0	And I started a company about two years ago called Unwrap Incorporated.
2:00.0	Our main product, BuzzEO, is an online marketing platform for small businesses.
